Review by Chippy: It would be better if support got back to you regarding important issues. There seems to be a huge lack of support for remote access and a lean towards selling off their own hosting as a byproduct. I've seen several memory errors caused too on some computers which shuts down IE7. I like it but I don't like zero support and the mentioned remote access problems. (3/5 - 27-Jan-2007) Review by CityGirl70: Easy to install. Works with lots of DVR cards including the Pico2000 card and the Imitation Peaqe ones selling on Ebay. You have to download a different driver before the software will work. The driver is available online free. Just do a search for BtInstaller the version is 5.3.8 (4/5 - 28-Oct-2006)
