We have used the Who's-In product for nearly 5 years now and it has become a tool that our 200+ users just cannot live without. With having offices in different countries, it allows staff at each location to know when people are in the office, lunch, etc. We have also integrated it into our Citrix Metaframe published desktop, allowing our telecommuters to keep track of the status of people they work with. We have easily upgraded the product at least four times to take advantage of new features that are routinely added. Our favorite features are "display photo" which allows a user to right click on a users name and display a picture of the person and "status tracking" so that we are alerted when that certain person we are waiting on returns from lunch, etc. A fabulously simple product with a low cost of ownership.
