WS:Fax Display: This Add-In is a must for everyone that has Outlook and does not require to see the many fax addresses that show in the dialogue window when you address an email. It will prefix all fax numbers for a contact with the text "Fax: " before the number. This has the effect of suppressing the fax address when addressing emails while still showing the fax number when the Contact is displayed.

Every time you send an email that contains attachments, WS:Compress Out will automatically compress the attachment and resave in the mail item. This reduces the amount of storage used by you in your Outlook storage, reduces the time online and network bandwidth used, reduces the amount of storage used by your recipients - all saving you money.

WS:Reverse View allows you to display mail items in reverse chronological order, displaying the original content at the top and the latest content at the bottom. The item is displayed in Microsoft Wordpad from where you can print or save the content.
