Review by DamienL: Outside of being expensive ($159.95 for a 50GB one time quota of recovered data) and a bit slow, the biggest Con of this product is the customer service. Beware if you have any type of problems or are confused in any way about their licensing process during the sign up. I had a drive failure and was in desperate need of getting the data back quickly. I bought 50GB of quota, but when I went to use it, the software told me that I bought the wrong recovery module. Since I could see no obvious way of getting around this at the time and was in a hurry to get my data back, I purchased another 50GB quota for the correct module. I figured the company would happily give me a credit back for the one I bought incorrectly and did not need or use. Af... (2/5 - 18-Feb-2006)
