The software supports baud rates from 110 up to 256000 baud, and 4 data bits to 8 data bits. Captured data may be timestamped, annotated, and saved in a number of different formats. In passive capture mode, the software can determine DTE and DCE communication settings automatically. Simple RS 232 monitor is a PC based serial communication data logger/montior. It runs on Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, and XP. Cables are not included but can be supplied at an additional charge. The latest version includes text highlighting to make interpretation easier..
