Use this contact manager to organize your telephone book, appointment schedule, and to do list for better time management, all on one screen! Time and Chaos is fully networkable and offers the ability to share complete databases or just one area such as a shared calendar or phone book. All users on a network can even use the same databases at the same time to collaborate without being locked out or requiring expensive server software. Appointments on your calendar and to do items on your task list can be linked back to the matching contact in your telephone book to help you keep a complete contact history of every meeting or telephone call, including the notes you took about each event. Print mailing address labels, calendars, address books, connect with email, fax and web applications, mail-merge with Word and much more. Support for Palm and Pocket PC devices is available. Version 6 has been completely rewritten in Delphi and adds grouping, activity series, private records, external alarm utility, and support for Yahoo! Map, World Time Server, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger for contacts. Version 6.0.4.0 adds a new Memo-Notes database and new Views of your Appointments and ToDo data, such as TimeLine, DayView, WeekView, and MonthView. Version 6.0.3.4 adds export option to iPod of contacts and calendar items. With the optional Chaos Data Hosting service, you can sychronize your data between multiple machines through the Internet or even log on and work with a database remotely through a web browser. I've been using Time & Chaos for over two years now and have found it to be an excellect tool for my business, although indiviuals shouldn't be put off it is also great for organizing your personal life. In a recent update an inclusion has been to start and dial up from Skype directly from the contacts section; which has be great as I use Skype everyday. T&C will also export all your contacts to vCards & vCalanders which you can then import into your iPod should you feel the need. There are also several plugins which expand the use of T&C and are well worth checking out. There is also a forum run by users of Chaos Software products and while unofficial is a great meeting point and a place to ask questions and share knowledge.
