Message uses human voice and/or text to speech technology to convert text into voice over the phone. It understands voice command over the phone. Receipients can confirm, cancel, replay or leave messages. Detailed call status report are created after the calls are made. Easy to download, install and test. Once downloaded and installed, just click on the AutoReminder icon on your desktop. The software will guide you through the appointment scheduling process and automatically dials out at your specified time. You can customize a voice message using Voicent Gateway telephone recording. Too Slow on reminder playing delay. Customers would hang up rather than wait for dead phone to finally play message. Also speech engine is a free MS speech engine and it is very poor on Name recognition. Poor name database, so names are badly misspronunced |
